Your AI credits
- Use AI credits to build and tune quizzes, get Magic Prompt ideas, style your quiz, write product explanations and match shoppers. Usage varies with the model and your catalog; Smarter and Ultra use more.
- On Free, the credit is a one-time allowance. On Pro, it resets every 7 days. Plans shows how much is left and, on Pro, the date of the next refill. Quizzes mentions it only when it runs low.
- When AI credits run out, AI features pause. Quizzes stay live with saved picks and rules. Editing, lead capture, analytics, exports and Klaviyo keep working. See How products get picked for how that mode works.
Change your plan
- Open Plans.
- Click Upgrade to Pro, or Switch to Free to go back. Shopify's own plan page opens, and the charge appears on your Shopify bill.
